Food

Here are some choice recipes that we *have been* making over here:

Feast

800g Ground Beef
Four cloves garlic
many potates
lots of butter
one onion
three peppers
about a cup of oil
more butter
salt and flavored salt to season
Tesco Brand Bolognese Sauce

Cut up teh potatoes and put them in a bunch of oil and 2 cloves of garlic. Dump salt and pepper on them and start cooking. In a different pan, sautee the onions and peppers, and then dump a bunch of butter in the pan. Then dump the beef in the pan, and brown it. Dump flavored salt that is supposed to make meat taste even better than it already is on the meat. Then dump the excess grease out (usually you get about 80% of a pint) and then eat the whole works. This tastes like heaven after a 14k hike in the mountains. We have made Feast like 3 times now.

Pig^2 Burger   (Based off of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Xc5wIpUenQ)

We took a pork chop. Added a bacon strip. Then another bacon strip. Bacon Strip! Bacon Strip! Then slap another pork chop on. Then we sewed it shut.*

*We havent made this one yet. I just thought of it yesterday.

Epiphany Feast - This one will happen when we all pool money

1 duck
1chicken
500g beef
salmon
venison
2 lamb chops
turkey meat
ham
pork chops
 potatoes, garlic, peppers, etc.

Once we have a suitable donor, we will make this feast, and take lots of pictures. It is supposed to have every single type of meat in it.
This post really has nothing to do with anything, including Ireland. Except i guess you could say that meat is actually cheaper over here. And we have all been quoting that youtube video. Stay tuned for a real post on Monday
